Our outback meteor 3 burner bbq was in need of replacement burners. Being approx 8 yrs old the original cast iron ones had seen better days. The cost from Outback was approx £100 with replacement fire rail + rear brackets. Although the price was acceptable, the fire rails weren't available. This would have required making some up. Baring this in mind, I spotted these stainless steel ones. With the backets provided they fit perfectly, only needing to drill 3x new fixing holes in back of bbq and add 3x additional nuts and bolts. Job done, works well. Will probably only last 2 to 3 yrs, but a viable alternative with all things considered. Bbq was originally £360 and nearest model now is around £500. When a 15kg bottle of gas is currently £60, these burners were a great deal!

I have a Napoleon bbq and for the cost of just one of their burner bars you get 4 of these replacement bars. They are pretty easy to fit but be prepared for some very fiddly small screws. I am sure there is a better solution guys. After an initial and worrying few tries when the whole length of burner did not light, they now do and work perfectly. The heat output is now very high. They have saved many £00s in buying a new bbq as we have rehabilitated the old one.

Good quality replacement burners save me from replacing a BBQ. Worked really well, easy to fit...

The kit didn't arrive with all the necessary nuts, bolts and washers. So I had to go hunting in my 'that'll come in handy' box of bits and pieces!! Other than this small issue, they work just fine!
