Perfect for my business needs
Works perfectly for what I needed. Packaged very securely. Comes with instructions. Seems like it is made from quality materials. I do not use the heating functions as I only need cold lamination. I am happy with my purchase! If I had to change something, it would be the speed. However, if it was faster, inexperienced users could potentially mess up more easily. The speed it has right now is very forgiving.
