Accurate, easy set up and sturdy
I was a bit sceptical because of other reviews but took the plunge anyway. Good value for money, easy to set up and use for blood sugar monitoring. I find the accuracy, functionality and quality very good and would highly recommend and buy again myself.

unreliable
Very disappointed with the glucose meter. The readings were unreliable since the start, the baseline reading was too high (I am NOT diabetic, but baseline was around 6,8!). I was worried, as I expected the device to be accurrate. There were some false alarms during the night (too low); this was due to pressure whilst sleeping on it.On the 5th day, the sensor has become detached. I had an error reading, I had to contact customer service, which I have done twice in the last 4 days, but no reply! Very disappointed witht he sensor performance and with customer services. I advise to NOT buy this device, it's waste of money!

Easy to use
This is the first time I have used a CGM and was hesitant spending a reasonable amount of money on a device that I’ve had no knowledge.Once the CGM was applied it worked for the full 15 days and the app was easy to use, giving a fascinating insight onto blood sugar levels during the day and night. Before setting up the CGM I not only used vodka to clean the area but also shaved the area prior to insertion. On initial start up the unit takes 2 hours before displaying blood sugar readings but took a couple more hours to settle.I would certainly buy one of these units again and really helps understand the effect of certain foods on BS levels and spikes

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, DO NOT BUY!!!
I would give this zero stars if I could. A complete waste of money and potentially dangerous to use. I gave it to my boyfriend as a present so he could measure his blood sugar with various meals, times of day etc as he's into his fitness. He started using and immediately the sensor was reporting his glucose before eating anything in the 120's mg/dl and after meals, he was into the 200's. The monitor did show him as low as 105 one morning but also showed he was on multiple nights having 160-170 mg/dl all night long. He was worried that there might actually be something wrong so we purchased a valid finger prick test. That showed that this monitor was wildly out of range. When it was reporting 210 mg/dl the finger prick test showed him at 100 mg/dl. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, IT CAN BE DANGEROUS SHOWING RESULTS THIS FAR OFF THE MARK. We applied for a refund stating that this product was not fit for purpose.

Well it's better than not pricking myself 5 times a day
It's expensive for 15 days. It has broken a few times so I had to get new ones. It does still have a pin that goes into you, that's made me bleed a few times. But it's better than pricking myself 5 times a day.

First 24-48 hours results are inadequae.
First 24-48 hours results are inadequae.my case sugar was very low, up to 2,7 and between meals was 3,6. But 2 days later, without any dietary changes glucose levels were normal. My friend had the same problems but we compared with capillary blood gas, which was around 5,5. Having that in mind, later on, I was happy that I could see my sugar levels every 3 minutes! That was lovely!

Beats more expensive ones hands down
Having wasted £90 on a Libre 3 that fell off twice (I did get sent a free replacement the first time) - I got one of these. It is brilliant! Easy to attach as long as you follow the instructions to the letter. It's really adhesive but I do use a special plaster to keep it in place. App is good, readings are as accurate as CGMs can be given they aren't tracking blood. I don't know it's there - have to remember not to knock it in the shower. Very impressed - I'm on my fourth one and it's a game changer for type 2 diabetes care. I've learned so much about what makes my blood glucose go up and down. I've found it much easier to keep my levels in range with this. Can't get it prescribed but £100/month is a sacrifice I'm willing to make. I just wish I'd done it earlier.

Only lasted 2 days
Worked fine for 2 days then stopped working, Contact with customer support was very sporadic and non existent at the weekend, which given this only lasts 15 days is a considerable percentage of the time to get it working. The main reason that it takes time to get answers back from customer support is its in China, which when you install the app, I can see no reason why you need to give your telephone no, and enable Location sharing through the app, so slightly suspicious. Glad in a way to have removed the app from my phone. When it was working it was fine but, just the two days. To be fair they may try and continue to assist again on Monday, but As I work in IT i have done all the normal things, and more comfortable not having the app.
