Very sharp knife, a great addition to my huge collection of professional knives.

handle is not weighted
SHARP .. But NO heft!!SO I guess can be used for very light work .. but not 'sexy' to use .. like weighted one .. the image makes you imaging it to be weighted ..

It is sharp!
I am surprised that I have to write my review again! I don't know what was wrong with my last review. Amazon did not explain!So it is sharp! I cut my finger because of my mistake! Very light, thickness could be better, grip could be better. Do not recommened if somemone is looking for a heavier knife. Santoku part is questionable. If Amazon is honest they will post this review.
