It is not working
I don't know if I got a defective one but it doesn't work. It's not cooling a room or anything else. Not with the money at all

Expensive and questionable workable
So many moving parts to this review.1 as a fan it works pretty good but for the price buy a fan only tower and save yourself lots of money.2 it is quite large and takes up much more space than most tower fans.3 the evaporation cooling really did not seem to cool the room at all. It just made it really humid.We tried the cool packs and cold water and ice. Nothing really helped.

Customer service is great!
We love this fan , is not as cool as an AC but is cooler than most regular fan. And have a remote it very convenient when it gets too cold at night I can just turn it off without getting out of bed! I did had a small problem but once I contacted customer service, they help fix my problem right away!

I wouldn't recommend it if you live in Florida
I live in Florida and it is very hot and humid. My bedroom gets especially hot in the summer so I wanted something a little extra to help cool it off. I can't tell any difference between this swamp cooler and just a regular fan. It certainly isn't any cooler. My location may have something to do with it. I live in Florida and it is very hot and humid. I read somewhere that swamp coolers work best in area areas that are less humid. I don't know if that's true, but I certainly couldn't feel any difference at all when I used it here in Florida. Also, the fan is very noisy. Water drips the entire time.

It stop working Upset Burning smell
I purchase this for family in costa rica i thought it was good quality item for the price i paid but for somereason stop working no power at allA tech went to look at it , he states has a burning smell imagine i request Full refund from the manufacture that doesnt even cover what i paid to shippe it and customs fee.

Pros and cons about this product
We received the COOLECH 42 INCH Evaporative Air Cooler w/Remote &LED Touch Screen yesterday. It was reasonably priced due to the discount offered. We paid $125. The air that it blows does get colder after about 10 minutes once the cold water has circulated through the tubing. Overall it works as promised but only makes a difference in a small enclosed space or when directly next to you. If you have a working A/C it is really no different that a regular fan but if your A/C is not working or you don't have A/C it would make a difference and provide relief.

It was not at all what I expected for the price I paid. I would have sent it back, but waited to long. Did not cool the way it should have for the recent reviews I saw. Have to fill up with water too much
