This thing is amazing. I have to state that this made my kitchen clean up almost task less, and took out all of the work. I have OCD and constantly buy cleaning product after cleaning product to go in and out of every nook and cranny in my kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. I obsess over being clean.I bought this in hopes that I can just leave it on one side of my kitchen while I take the house and stretch it to wherever I needed to within range and blast away at gunk, grime, grease, and dirt, and it would destroy it. IT DOES!So first thing, this gets HOTTTTT. Like really hot, to melt the grease and gunk, but to sterilize and melt whatever atrocities are in the way. Be careful, you will get burned if you take a blast of that steam, it won't feel great.In my pictures you can see, my family made some chocolate chip fudge brownies with Godiva chocolate and some spilt on the counter in a few places that got missed in the cleanup. It hardened and apparently was there for a couple of days. I used Dawn, let it sit, nothing. It refused to come up, and I started chipping away at it lil by lil with a scraper safe for granite. Which was working but it was an ongoing battle of over a few days and there was still so much left.I turned on the steamer, let it get hot and blasted it. One second...ONE SECOND. The chocolate melted and in two seconds.....TWO....it was entirely gone. As you can see from the pictures.I cleaned everything from top to bottom only refilling this thing twice with water during my 30 minute kitchen overhaul, and the amount of dirt and grime that came off of what I thought was "clean" was insane. Stove spotless in about three minutes, inside of the stove spotless in about five. Just one pass on the highest setting, and it's good. Totally clean, all dirt gone. Fridge, cabinets, microwave, countertops, even the floor where some stuck gunk was hiding in the "underneath" where you will miss with a mop. All clean....all gone!! This is an absolute must for kitchens...and general cleaning, for anyone who wants to go above and beyond.I've since used it in the bathroom, to get off caked on makeup. In the bathroom do make my grout between my tile look brand new. In my bathroom in the tub to get off hard water and caked on hardened discolored soap scum that didn't take to anything prior. I've also used it on a small imbedded stain within my couch that was from what I believe a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato. Think the caramel got into the fabric and hardened. We also spent hours trying to get that out but there's still a "ring" type stain that bothers the heck out of me. Well that's gone too, after about four seconds of stem.Truthfully I don't know how long I went without a steamer but. This is a cleaning game changer, and I will continue to push this product for anyone whos looking for clean.

Cleaned our showers and we were amazed. Will buy again!

We have tile all through our house and this makes cleaning grout much easier. Just hold the steam over the dirty surface and allow it to break up the dirt.

I love how fast this heats up. It also gets very hot, which is good for cleaning. I've not had a steam cleaner before so I think my expectations were a little too high. I wish I could push a button to make the steam come out so when I let go it would turn off. Instead it is just on all the time and so I have to hold it and point it somewhere safe and hope it isn't aimed at the dog or somewhere that can't get wet. When I used it on the counter for a stubborn food item stuck to it, there was a lot of water left on the counter. Makes sense since steam is just hot water, but I didn't really think about there being a puddle of water on the stovetop and counter after using it. Maybe I just have to get used to it. It is very hot and seems to release things that otherwise required some scrubbing. Attachments are a nice addition (although don't use the stiff ones on anything that can scratch).

We have two young boys and they can be, well, two young boys. They track in dirt and grime on the bottom of their shoes and cleats... get toothpaste or hair products all over the sink in their bathrooms... accidentally drop jelly on the countertop and forget they did it... or accidentally spill something on the furniture and require extra cleaning. There has been nothing this steam cleaner hasn't been able to handle!I LOVE that it's portable and doesn't take 20 minutes to heat up in order to use. I'm very impressed with just how quickly I'm able to start tackling the messes our little ones can make. This takes the extra effort and scrubbing out of cleanup. The toothpaste in the sink? Melts away with the steam cleaner even without chemicals. The dirt and grime on the floor? GONE! The jelly on the countertop? Loosened up immediately with a quick blast of steam. Not only is a great to not use the chemicals/cleaners, but it makes me feel like the surfaces are just THAT much cleaner.Works wonders on our glass shower door and removes soap buildup way faster than my scrubbing motions! The best part? Gets all of those little nooks and crannies around the toilet. With two boys and a husband... let me tell y'all how nasty that can get. This steam is able to tackle and clean the surrounding grout with ease! LOVE THAT! Saves me so much time and allows me to spend more time with my family.10/10 recommend this one, y'all. This Yadea steamer worked like a champ or at least like a steamer this size works. It came packaged well and with all the parts and pieces.After using off and on for 4 hours (or so) I went to take on another task and the steamer did not work.I reached out to the company to see if they had an idea what could have happened? I received a timely reply and sent them a video of the steamer issue, everything lit up switches clicked but no steam.A company customer care person promptly got back to me and said that the technical team thought it was a possible broken wire and they would send me a new one.Here's the deal, after using the steamer on different jobs like kitchen tile, bathroom tile, porcelain sinks and faucets I realized a steamer is not something I would use.I let the company know I would not need a new one but I would let you ALL know about the stellar customer care. No you know why it is a toughie to rate. 10 on customer care :)
