Worked after trimming
It worked better after I used hair clippers on my facial hair. When my mustache and beard was a month grown due to trimmers breaking.. hair was pretty long.. didn't work on long hair..used hair clippers to shorten. Then this product worked. Worked on short hair. Not month long hair

Honestly terrible. Don’t make this mistake.
I was searching for a portable shaver that ran off of lithium rechargeable batteries because Ni-MH is so obsolete. This shaver would not work consistently. It left razor burn on my head and patches of hair that it wouldn’t shave no matter what I did.The next day I bought a $60 Lithium Philips brand tripple head shaver from Walmart and it worked perfectly. (To eliminate the variable of user error)Garbage.. don’t buy this.
