Very useful product. Steel quality is really good. Slightly costly for a size but worth it. Perfect for making paneer out of 1 or 1.5 ltr and small family.

Good utensil. Very useful for making paneer at home. Easy to use. No. 2 size is quite small. Good for making 200-300 grams paneer at a time.

The mould is good. But the bottom oening is sharp. It cuts hand while cleaning.

I used to make paneer very often...everytime I keep the drained paneer under a pressure cooker filled with water for weight, so as to make it a tight cake... today, after straining the water, I put the paneer in this Embassy vessel, pressed with the plate given, and kept one heavy weight grinding stone mortar (the one Ural used to crush garlic ginger) with almost the same diameter...after some time , I got the tight paneer...my paneer preparation got simplified now...thank u Amazon n the seller....was thinking a lot whether to buy or not, and finally bought now.... happy that it s really useful...The quality and thickness of the steel are good...

The product is really up to the mark.

This is a small one and good for making paneer from 1.5 ltr milk. The defect is, out of two steel plates the bottom plate needs to be more strong & the upper plate needs to be exactly same as the bottom plate without any curve or design. Paneer requires to be pressed. So how it will be pressed. Therefore, another bowl of little smaller diameter than the original should be provided. It will be an unique one if the designer wish so.

It is sturdy, solves the purpose well and very useful. It works well if there is a weight kept on it. Makes perfect paneer
