Great value bags! I purchased cheap 1lb bean bag toss bags to fill these up. 25lbs in the large bag and 10 in the kettle bag. They would hold a few more too. They are almost certain to never leak like sand or gravel. So far, so good! They have taken a beating and added versatility to my home gym. Handles are everywhere on these and the workouts are more fun. I recommend.

They are sturdy, good quality zipper and thick canvas outer layer material. The color scheme is nice looking. The bags themselves are good size and allow for good grip while using them. The hook and look closure over the zipper allows for extra seal and protection to keep the sand from coming out. I personally place the sand in thick plastic bags before tying then closing and sealing the sandbag to avoid a mess. These should last a good couple of years with the amount of use I give them.

This sandbag weight set is fantastic! The material is high quality and durable. The handles are nice, large and have a comfortable grip. The zippers are top quality and heavy duty. The inner vinyl bags make it easy to adjust the weight to your desired preference and keep sand from getting everywhere. There is no doubt in my mind these will hold up well over time. The best part is the kettle bell. I have never seen something like this! What an incredible design. Absolutely pleased with this set. I prefer this over regular dumbbell weights for at home use, they're just easier to use, don't take up as much space and have a great range of weight for your exercise level. I highly highly recommend these sandbag weights. You won't be disappointed!

I cannot boast enough about how well made this is. Really nice quality and sturdy. I love the combination of velcro and zipper closures. My favorite would definitely be the kettlebell. I've never had a sandbag kettlebell before and the fact that it can fill with as much as 50 lbs worth of sand is amazing. I will say I don't fill the actual bags with sand but fill multiple gallon Ziplock bags with sand and then place those into the kettlebell and the smaller dumbbell bags that go into the larger bag. This is also the part that makes it versatile. Being able to remove and add bags to fluctuate the weight for different users. My partner and I like to use it and he likes to fill the bags to the max for the heaviest possible weight, and then when i'm ready to use it I just remove a bag or two. Definitely a great investment for home workouts or workouts when you travel.

The media could not be loaded. Tough review. I do feel there is a lot of value here, and everything seems durable enough for reasonable use. However, I did have to do some repairs prior to first use, so that costs some stars. The stitching on one side of the bag was completely absent, allowing the zipper to slide right off. I have attached a short video and a picture of this. I was able to repair this with some rudimentary sewing, and the rest of the stitching seems adequate. Probably just an once-off manufacturing error, but my sample size is one, so it needs mentioning. The weight of 50lbs is with the bag 100% filled, I would suggest underfilling slightly, maybe 5-10lbs less. Sandbags feel heavier than regular weights anyway, because of the cumbersome nature of them. This is part of what makes them so good for strength gains. I bought this one because I previously bought a 100lb bag and found it just a bit too heavy to start with. This one should be perfect for learning the movements and getting used to them before jumping up in weight. Even after that, it will still be useful for loaded carries and other endurance exercises, The kettlebell is good and will always have a place in my workouts.
