The product does what it claims well. It's even got a handy way to adjust the size of the straps to fit to any face. It's comfortable to wear and creates an air-tight fit around the face. I have used it for 3 days so far (even while running) and it's worked perfectly - it doesn't allow sufficient air in during a run/ intense workout, which is to be expected on a mask without fans.My only recommendation would be to include clear instructions/ video with the product, on how to adjust the size of the straps since this is not obvious.

Product is fine but not explained how to wash the product and how often to wash it?

I ordered this mask last year in 2018 and was extremely happy with it. I used it for many months (till about Match 2019) with one wash in between and I could actually feel the difference while inhaling Delhi's infamous air with and without the mask. It was very effective in blocking smells too. Hence I reordered it again this year even though the previous mask still seems to be functional. However the mask I received this time is quite different from last year. Earlier there was a white cloth lining inside (left in the image) but this one just has a coarse black inside lining (right in the image). I don't know if this is a change in design or I have received a defective/used piece? Hopefully the seller can clarify. Also, the fit and functionality is not as good as the previous mask. It doesn't seem to be as effective at filtering out the pollutants and smell of the air as the last one and it feels slightly difficult to breathe while walking at a moderate pace, which was not the case earlier. Any other recent buyers can confirm if the product they received has a white inner lining or just coarse black no inner lining? Also, I did not receive any knobs for adjusting the length of the straps like some people have.UPDATE: After posting this review I was contacted by the seller - they explained that the difference was due to a design change and they immediately shipped a replacement overnight via courier, which was appreciable. The replacement was a double valve mask, and unfortunately this one too did not have any knobs to adjust the ear straps. It felt a bit loose to me for my face, and this one also does not barricade the ambient smell and smoke as much as the 2018 product did, but is still slightly better. Hence I am updating my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars.

I had given a single star rating a few days back, as the mask wouldn't fit my face properly, after the review the seller called me and told he would refund the money, but since I had already used the mask for 2 days, it wouldn't be ethical for me to take refund and hence I refused refund. The best part is the seller was in constant touch with me and told they are coming up with a adjustable straps and explained me further about the nitty-gritties of the mask design. I mean, this is the first time I have seen a seller professionally following up and taking feedback from a customer. The product with a few changes will work fine. The sellers willingness to listen and come up with an improved design itself deserves a 5 star rating.

Super low quality masks, hankey are far better than this masks

The paper that comes with the masks doesn't really explain the specs for this mask. N99 is mentioned and P2.5 which are common rating measures are not clearly explained as to if this is a spec for the mask,i.e. an N99 rating, or if it is a "series" of masks, i.e. marketing names.Plus there are two little black things with a thin silver cord that is not described nor instructions given. They could be like glasses holders that keep the mask from falling away, or nose plugs, or finger exercisers. I'm pretty clever but these have fooled me.Their excellent customer service people answered my questions -- I was impressed by their quick response. The black things are for adjusting the size of the ear straps if needed for smaller heads and the N99 does reflect passing or exceeding the N99 test. Better instructions would still be helpful.The mask fits nicely even with my beard and breathing is made easier with the exhale port. Black with black port seems a lot nicer than black with white port or white with orange or other colors. I would prefer a floral or somehow neutral medium color with textured print-- even flesh tone -- as a full black mask can look ominous!

Got 3 masks for my family... This is my second time... This time got an improved mask with ear bands that can be adjusted....though it looks small, it really is a very big improvement...earlier I used to tie knots to reduce the length of the ear band...and now they have made it adjustable....the fact that it is n99 is very comforting..they mentioned that the life is 5years, which makes it good value for money.
