First I've tried many of this type of thing. Most do work, but for me its about the side effects as many have severe ones, the main ones being headache (for hours and hours), stomach upset and just not being able to sleep. So when i saw no side effects for this product this did not mean much (as the other I recently tried said the same thing and that was zero sleep for two nights and a blocked nose)So my summary:1. Does it work - Yes, very good, took about 50 mins for me2. Any headache - Minor, which trust me against all the others this is amazing3. Stomach upset - Very minor, once again, amazing4. Sleep - I've not tried taking one closer to sleep time, so I really don't know yet, but I am hopeful, if I can get this one ticked as well I would state the best product on the market and so much better than prescription.So in my view so far, a great product.

Don’t work dissapounted

After having a couple of surgeries last year where I had a catheter for over a week and then had to self cathetise (I’m no doctor) I had a few issues where I couldn’t pass water properly and after one pill there is a marked improvement and it also brought on morning glory just after lunch. Lasted a few hours and I can still pee the next day. No side effects to note either

Helps , over time , but , does not rise to the occasion for a day or two of daily taking , 😉

I've used these tablets a few times and have been very disappointed with the results. There is no measurable effect, aside from the expected natural levels of activity.

Mmmmm side effects just like any other blue pill

Used for energy and the obvious they really do work bought a few times now take daily and I’m always ready no side affects at all just wish they where a little cheaper
