I needed something to organize toys in the garage, and it was so hard to choose one on Amazon as there are a million different versions by a million different vendors. Anyway, I landed on this one and I'm glad I did. It took less than an hour to assemble and it's the perfect way to store sports equipment, Nerf guns, and various odds and ends. My only gripe is that while the instructions are clear, the pictures are super small so I had to dissemble/reassemble a couple of pieces as I missed part of the step. However, all pieces have stickers that label what they are, and even the bags they come in have letters as well.

Bought this for daughter and son-in-law for my 4 very active grandchildren. They play baseball, basketball, football, volleyball and swim on both school and outside leagues. This organizer takes care of all of this equipment from balls, nets, mitts, bats, rackets, training equipment, etc. Nice to have things up off the garage floor and located where it can be found. This is a really nice sturdy rack and I would recommend it to everyone!

This is a new review. My review last night was 2 stars because I thought two parts were missing and I was upset that there was no manufacturers address in English or customer support contact information on the box or installation directions. I called Amazon and they said that I was contacting them after the exchange date. After I explained why, the customer support person with whom I was speaking said he would see how he could help. After investigating the order, he said he was unable to obtain the missing parts but would refund my purchase; they said I could reorder the product if parts were missing again, I should call immediately and they would obtain the missing parts. Amazon was extremely responsive.However, today while packing up the parts to return via UPS, I realized that it was my mistake. Somehow, when inventorying the parts before assembly I mistakenly overlooked the two missing parts. The unit was extremely easy to assemble and I am very pleased with my purchase but even more pleased with Amazon Customer Service.

I have grandkids and this has been perfect for them! They see what is in the organizer and throw the balls back in the same spot! No more digging into a bucket! The wheels make it convenient to move around. It is very sturdy.
