Energetix SpectraMin 2 Ounces

I mix the SpectraMin with ReHydration and the together in an 20 oz glass of water. It really does the job, as I didn't drink much water during the day. This mixture makes you crave water and I drink the recommended half your body weight in Ounces of water. My holistic/ chiropractor instructed me to take this mixture twice a day (morning and night). However, I only drink it once in the am. I drink one 20 oz glass around 7:00 am, with a mixture of 25 drops of ReHydrationI and 10 drops of SpectraMin. Since I weigh 170 lbs., I drink 85 ounces of water a day and feel great. I recommend this mixture for people that don't drink enough water!

I've been using Spectramin through my wellness chiropractor for over three years now, and along with discovering and eliminating my "triggers" (caffeine, sugar), I am hot-flash free. The dosage can vary per person, but when the chiro tests, it varies between 10-20 drops per day, with 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening.This product is a combination of trace minerals, and if I take this product at the onset of a hot flash, I have found it will arrest it completely within seconds. It has a bitter taste that I've become accustomed to (and beats the hot flash, seriously), but I have friends that will add it to their orange juice or another drink, and since the dosage is low, that does mask the flavor.

I don’t see where anyone has mentioned my use for this product, I suffer painful, debilitating leg cramps, and this stuff ends those cramps completely, literally in seconds.I mix three droppers of this with a small cup of juice (I find the undiluted taste borderline intolerable), drink it down, and the cramps vanish.I can’t explain how or why, but it works. Immediately. If you suffer leg cramps, try this stuff!

My husband suffered from dripping hot flashes......Spectramin did not completely stop the hot flashes but it did control the severity of them

I'm not sure about this. It seems that it gave me bad gas pains so I stopped taking it. So, I can't really give it a full review.
