Relief from pain is immediate!
This belt is wonderful. My daughter got instant relief from it and you cannot put a price on that. I highly recommend it, her doctor said this belt is the best one out there and I’m so thankful we purchased it for her. She is able to stand up straight with no pain and I am so grateful for that.

Nice Fit – Good Tool
Following the suggested fit chart I bought a size “small” belt. (I’m a size 32” waist) Using a Serola how-to video, I put it on as instructed. At first, I felt as though the front fastener was not grabbing enough and that maybe I’d bought the wrong size. However, after wearing it for a few hours, it was fine. The belt snugged up perfectly and provided a nice support at the SI joint. Even getting it as tight as I could, I was able to wear it all day at a physically challenging job. Also, my regular pants belt sat right over the Serola, keeping it in place throughout the day. It’s not an end-all fix for SI joint pain, but it definitely helped and got me through several days of lifting and twisting. I’ll keep wearing the belt as needed and continue my stretching and back exercises.

Saved my life MANY times
I have an issue with my right hip that hasn’t been fully realized as to what it is in the past 7 years. My chiropractor gave me my first sacroiliac belt and I couldn’t believe there had been some kind of pain relief after all these years.I’ve purchased 2 more of the exact brand (I lose everything, not due to any fault of the product). Will definitely be on one of these for the foreseeable future or as long as I am still in pain because it seriously is the only thing out of the stretches, chiropractics, injections, or taking it easy that provides any kind of consistent pain relief.

not the same belt at all
This is my 4th one of these belts and it's totally different. Much shorter than the rest were which puts the rough velcro on your skin! Painful! Plus every edge is sharp where it wasn't before... super uncomfortable and unwearable.

The only SI Belt you should purchase. It's what the pros use.
The first one if bought was from my doctor. This is the brand that many Doctors & Physical therapists carry at their offices. I've treated with some of the best spine specialists in the country (majority of the other clients are pro athletes), so the fact that it's universally their go to is enough for me to know that it's the best one. Unfortunately, my spine was injured in a car accident caused by another driver. I'm petite and the small fits with easy adjustment. My first one lasted over 4 years. The support it provides when I have prolonged sitting or standing really does help manage the pain from my right lumbar/SI. I had about a week without one before I purchased this and going without was proof at how valuable this is to have in my PT/pain management tool kit.

Received wrong size
The description said Medium but I received a size small.. this was very inconvenient at I needed to wear it! It would be easier if they just had you pick S, M or L.. rather than the way they post it on Amazon.. I like the belt though but need Medium.
