Excellent quality proofing tray
The Hans grill pizza dough proofing box comes as a set of 2 BPA free trays which are stackable. I recently invested in a pizza oven and required a proofing tray to store dough in once made. The hans grill trays arrive as a set of 2, well made and an excellent size. On average I’ve managed to fit between 5/6 doughs in each tray, this depends on the size of your dough balls. I’ve only had the need to use on tray but it’s definately good to have a spare. The lid fits securely helping create a nice seal to keep air out, it doesn’t slide around unnecessarily like other lids. One thing to note is this tray is quite big so it’s definately worth measuring your fridge space to ensure it fits. I’ve got an American fridge which this fits just nicely into.Overall it’s an excellent product, very well made and practical at a reasonable price point.

Sturdy proofing boxes
2 quite large plastic proofing boxes with drop on lids. These lids are specifically not air or water tight, so as to protect the dough from dust, insects and the like but still allow the dough to breathe and keep it from drying out. Dough is a living thing and whilst fermenting it gives off gases, the loose fitting lids stop the pressure from building by allowing the gas to escape.Ideal for pizza dough balls, or for largish batches of sourdough being proved overnight. They seem pretty high quality and robust compared with my old system and on the occasions when I am making or defrosting significant amounts of dough then they are ideal.

sturdy plastic
These trays are made of strong, sturdy, white plastic. It has no bend or give to it at all. It feels very solid. The description doesn't say what kind of plastic this is (eg polypropylene? HDPE? something else?) and there are no recycling triangle numbers on the base to let you know either (which is quite usual for products made in China, but not usual for products made in the UK or Europe in my experience). It would be nice if the description had this information so that we didn't have to just take their word that it's food safe, but could see for ourselves that the kind of plastic they mention this is made of is indeed food-safe.The lid slots lightly over the top so that if you turn the whole thing over the lid would fall. It doesn't click in or clip in - it's just sort of placed lightly over the top.Size-wise these are nice and large and not very deep.Although they are intended for pizza dough proving you could technically use these as storage boxes for a lot of things as long as you don't mind that the lid doesn't stay in place securely. You could always tie it with a ribbon or tape it down with masking tape if you need to. I like that these are stackable as well so they can fit neatly together, and the lid is strong and thick enough to support the weight of the above tray.

Super quality
These are really good quality pizza dough proofing boxesThey’re a lot bigger than I was expectingBox lids do not clip onto the boxes as to give the dough chance to breath and expand, so bear in mind that they will not be airtightThe plastic is very strong and quite thickHighly recommended

Dough Tupperware - for dough balls and general storage.
These are two very sturdy and well made flat- ish tupperwares. They are designed for pizza dough balls or general bread proofing. We make bread dough balls - although it’s basically just a pizza dough recipe - and cook them as flat breads in a spun iron pan. Perfect homemade naan. These tupperwares are a great way to proof the balls and at the same time protect them - in our house from interested cats - and just keep them warm in general. You do get two, which isn’t really necessary in my opinion, one is more than big enough for most families unless you’re having ahuge pizza party. The other one can be repurposed as a general kitten tupperware for storage though, either in the cupboard, or in the fridge with cheeses and butter etc…The lids lid of lie on there without being snapped down tight, but tbhey don’t slide off either, allowing the two be be stacked nicely if you’re doing multiple batches of dough.Very useful and well made storage, I can recommend.

Great dough trays!
This are great dough trays! Made of robust thick plastic they are super easy to clean and have pretty decent capacity. They’ll fit 6 dough balls pretty easily maybe 8 depending on what size dough balls you are using. The lids are great to help preventing the dough balls from drying out. Overall these are perfect if you are cold fermenting in balls too as they will easily stack and fit into your fridge!!

The Secret to Perfectly Proofed Pizza Dough!
These dough proofing boxes have been a game-changer for my homemade pizza nights! I love making dough from scratch, but I used to struggle with finding the right container for proofing – either it wasn’t big enough, or it would dry out the dough. Enter these stackable trays, and I’ve got perfectly risen, fluffy dough every time. The trays are spacious, fitting up to four dough balls comfortably without them sticking together. The lids fit snugly, which keeps the moisture in and stops the dough from drying out. I also love that they’re BPA-free, so I don’t have to worry about any nasties leaching into my precious dough. They’re super easy to clean too – a quick rinse, and they’re good to go!The stackable design is a brilliant space-saver. I’ve got a small kitchen, and being able to neatly stack these in the fridge or cupboard is a huge plus. The material feels durable and lightweight, and they’ve held up well even after several uses.Pros:Spacious, with room for multiple dough ballsTight-fitting lids to keep moisture inStackable design saves space in the fridge or cupboardEasy to clean and BPA-freeDurable yet lightweight materialCons:Not suitable for very large batches of doughA bit bulky for very small fridgesAll in all, these proofing boxes have been a great addition to my kitchen. Perfect for any home baker who wants to take their pizza game to the next level!
