I used this chair for my disabled Dad after using for 3weeks it is faulty . I have e-mailed the manufacturer who offered 70$ to use faulty this was declined. My next e-mail I was told to contact Amazon for repair or return

Works well, reclines and lifts up with a remote unit. Nice unit, do not like the black drink holders. It needs space behind it, as it can damage the wall paper or painted finish. It has a powerful motor.

We bought this as replacement for another chair as getting out of a chair had become a bit too exhausting for our a member of our family. This chair is just perfect as it's soft and comfy to sit in, it lifts them up to near standing position with the riser and also relaxes back to raise their feet for a comfortable rest. They completely love the chair and find it very helpful. It's great value for money and was really easy to assemble by two of us. It comes in a huge box that was tricky to get into the house so measure your doorway before ordering. The delivery guys had to go through our garden gate and in through patio doors. The chair comes in two parts and fits together. The video on the Amazon info of the chair helps to assemble it. The controller / power cable were slightly less easy to find as they were in a box in the bottom of the chair but once found was easy to plug into the chair. A great chair that looks fab in our living room and it even has cup holders, a fun bonus.

Very happy with communication for delivery and helpful delivery staff. Easy to set up. Very satisfied and would highly recommend. Looking forward to using the features on this chair.
