These lights are just lovely and look great by the side of the bed.

The electrician initially looked at these and thought they wouldn’t last long. One year on, and both of the lights still working. One has always been brighter than the other despite identical light bulbs. No issues. Lampshade cheap looking so replaced. No issues with the metal components. No rust. Easy to assemble and operate.

Simple but very effective light piece particularly on timber. Needs a golf ball e27 dimmable bulb with clear filament for best effect with light rebounding off the inner golden layer of the shade. I was expecting the light shade outer layer to be metallic but it’s soft fabric Still really happy overall and would recommend.

The dimmer switch itself is orange and does not match the brass base. It is very bright and noticeably different
