I have no problem taking these. Even though slightly large, they go down easily and don't taste gross or have any bad aftertaste. The brand and quality seems good. My only complaint is I don't like the way this company formats the supplement facts on their label. it's difficult to read.

This supplement has high-quality ingredients, and I appreciate that it's vegan and free from common allergens like gluten, soy, and dairy. This was a great aid for any moms who are recovering postpartum. This product is plant based and gluten free and is essential for the DHA-EPA requirements. However, more milligram quantity needs to be added to this product as it is lacking on that end. It is also a great product for those who are suffering from allergens as it is tested extensively and non-gmo as well.

Many folks aren't getting enough in their regular diet. I like to supplement and this brand suits my needs.

I, like most, probably do not consume enough Omega 3 rich foods to get their recommended daily amount of Omega 3. However, I have been reluctant to order the supplement because most Omega 3 supplements are sourced from fish. I was very pleased to find this plant-based supplement by Anya which is rich in Omega 3 (300mg) without a fishy after-taste and smell. This supplement seems to work for me and I've noticed my hair seems to shine a bit more. I like that it’s algae sourced which is far superior to fish oil since it’s directly from the source without all the fillers. But this product is relatively low dose compared to other products of the same price, essentially making this far more expensive per serving of the omegas.You’d have to essentially double your dose with this brand making a single bottle not last very long.Seems to be good quality if you’re fine with the cost-to-dose ratio being poor.

So, for a while I stopped taking fish oil because we had been having a hard time financially. A trip to the eye doctor and referral to a retinal specialist and now I have to go back to taking omega 3 to try to save my eye sight. So, I got a bottle of my old brand of fish oil but haven decided that I want to switch to algae source omega 3 instead. So I don't need this because I am an expectant or nursing mom. But I was drawn to this company because they make their own products (and in Florida!) instead of just buying them from some overseas manufacturer and then putting their label on it. They have a medical board that works with them and their products too. All of their products are tested for purity and contaminants and they have a list of "no" ingredients that I agree with. There may be less expensive algae based omega supplements out there but I bet there are none that are less expensive that are as clean or as trustworthy. While the dose I need is great than what one of these supplies I was hoping that algae sourced omegas were better utilized by the body and that I can get by with one a day. I guess we'll see at my biannual retinal appointment how it is working, but even if I had to go to two soft gels a day at this price (nineteen bucks a bottle with subscription) it would still not be a bad price for a month's worth of such a high quality product. Vey happy with this so far, five stars for total "LOVE".

To be honest it's hard to say whether these have been making a large difference in my day to day but I will say that after switching from my previous vegan omega 3 supplement I haven't experienced any change. This supplement doesn't have a bad taste and is easy to take. I'm going to continue taking it as my primary source of DHA and EPA omega 3's. I do appreciate that it is safety tested and there aren't very many brands I'd feel secure taking but in this case I am confident in the efficacy and safety.
