Essential supplement

Passable for the price
Personally I haven’t found these as effective as other brands on Amazon. The packaging and letterbox friendliness is good. The capsules do have a taste which is very similar to lockable envelopes or Victory lozenges. I may buy again but for now I am going back to previous brand for a little bit more money.

Amazing for the Price - 100% Recommend
Hubby has taken Psyllium Husk supplements for years now to add extra fibre to support workouts and healthy digestion and loves that this one has some decent probiotic added to it too, which is handy. Per two capsules (the recommended serving size) the dose is a good high strength one and they are easy to take.The current introduction price of four quid for 30 servings in the pack is extremely good - depending on what the regular price is revealed as then I would upgrade the review to five stars instead of 4 as no issues with them.
