Very helpful but so tight feel like I’m getting choked wearing it and look like a bum dog when I have it on.

I suffer from neck pain from my job and sometimes I wrap my pillow around my neck tight for better support. But having this does help quite a bit. I wish it was a little wider to fully keep my neck supported but it’s nice for just resting. Easy to adjust comfortably soft. Recommend

Useful as expected.

Very very uncomfortable and not supportive

With this product neither is the packaging good or the product itself. If you look at the attached pictures you can see what it came in, and it is just that vacuum packed bag you can see. The vacuum packed bag is actually a very good way of packaging and transporting this kind of item as it sucks all the air out and takes up very little space. But if you want people to take your product seriously and also feel that they have brought a good product then you have to have the vacuum packed bag inside some kind of printed cardboard box showing pictures and providing information about the product.When I opened this product up and got it out of the bag looked okay with a nice design, but it's not the looks I purchased it for, it's the comfort. Unfortunately when I put this on I knew straight away that it would have provided me next to no support at all. The reason why I could tell is because I already have a very good neck brace and this felt nothing like it. That's when I got my current neck brace out to compare the differences. If you look at the attached photos it should be clear to see that my old (grey) neck brace is not only wider, it is also a lot thicker and a lot lot softer but still firm enough to provide good support.This would have dropped 1 star for the packaging, but it also loses 1 star because it just isn't comfortable. It's too firm, too thin and too narrow. The only reason why I have left it as a 3 star product is because by reading the other reviews, it looks like it's small size is more suited to women. Some may also prefer the fact that it's very firm, but for me it kind of dug into the bottom of my chin as it's just too thin. I guess if it had fit better then it wouldn't have felt so bad so I can only conclude from the positive reviews that is actually more suited to women rather than men and they should actually market it as that too.

Comfy and good for neck pain or tension headaches comfy materials

Would fit a small person

It offered gently support whilst allowing neck movement and exercise. This provided a little extra support for unexpected jolting movements that would be counter productive to rehabilitation without restricting gentle positive rehabilitation movement. No good if total support required.It looked more like a scarf, had a low chin line and was very unobtrusive. Would recommend.
