it's useful if you don't own one
This is strong enough to be useful as a casual back and body massager, but it's not pro level. The dome tip is a bit flexible, which is good for me as I don't enjoy any forceful massage unless I have a serious knot. I like that this is rechargeable so it can be used as long as you prefer and then simply plugged in again with the included proprietary cable without needing to buy more batteries. The great variety of vibration patterns makes this a toy for the bedroom as well. In that regard it probably works better as there are random patterns that are interesting. It's a cheap lightweight unit and has a dial for strength and a button to cycle through the patterns. It starts from the 1st pattern (full on) each time it's turned on and has 7 others to cycle through before returning to the first. Comes in a cheap bag in the box and would be good to have a nicer bag or lower the price.

Not deep massage
This massager is definitely not a deep massager. Even on the highest setting, it barely vibrates enough to reach the top layer of skin/muscle. Don't get me wrong, it does feel good, and does provide some muscle soreness/tightness relief, but it's not deep or percussion. What I really liked about this massager is that it's very light, so it's easy to hold without hurting your wrist. It's very simple to use, you just move the clicker up and down to turn on/off. The more you move the clicker, the stronger the vibration gets. You even have a digital display that will tell you what strength you are on, and how much battery is left. This device is rechargeable, so big win there too.I know they purposely made this look like the Hitachi Wand, but this is NOT it. If that's that you're looking for, then I highly suggest you just buy the Hitachi. But if you want a simple light massager, then this one is fine. I still think it's too pricy for what it is though.

This is a must have massager!
This massager just changed my perception of what a massager can do.After like working out with high intensity exercises I had muscle soreness and I thought it was gonna take may be 2-3 days more for my muscles to get normal but this massager did help me reduce my soreness in just 6 hours. I had an urgent meeting coming up in office the next morning and I was already low because of muscle soreness to go to office,I used it a night prior and it did help a lottt the next morning. This is my experience and my husband. This massager also does help with all types of aches and pains. Most importantly it is light in weight and can be carried with us anywhere all the time.

Promises Promises
I get the distinct feeling this thing should be sold as an entirely different product for an entirely different market to be used in a significantly different way. But sure -- let's for the sake of argument call this a soft tissue massager for the purpose of releasing knots within muscles and breaking down misaligned striations. It really fails in that respect. It's just not strong enough. The pulses can certainly be made to oscillate very fast; but the length of those oscillations just aren't long enough to adequately penetrate the muscle fibers. Instead of long, deep strokes, it offers VERY short, undulating jabs. Except in very specific -- and seldom sought -- cases, it is a wholly unsatisfying experience. (I hope the tertiary images that description likely conjured drives my point home.)Besides its performance, there are other key shortcomings. Right off the bat, the battery was likely damaged because it was allowed to sit completely without charge during storage. I genuinely thought it was broken since it's lithium-ion 101 to never store the battery at 0%. So yeah -- it hasn't held a charge very well since I got it.And in a world where USB-C has become so ubiquitous that even APPLE has finally acquiesced to using it, this clown college has opted for a proprietary charging cable out of the 1990s. So good luck to you if you forget it or lose it.If you're using this anywhere along the anterior of your body (back of your neck, your back, your hamstrings, etc) then it'll almost certainly require a 2nd person to actually press it against you. Otherwise, you simply cannot get even the lackluster penetration this is supposed to provide. And lastly, there's the $35 price tag. I won't even bother with that as its absurdity should be quite evident by now.And that's my review. Why I even wasted this much of my life writing it is a regret I'm currently pondering, but I suppose relegating to simply being another example of the waste this item intrinsically creates.
