This was just what I was looking for. Works brilliantly to cut sun glare when wearing a cycle hat / helmet over the top.

Got this for two possible usagesOne was to try and keep the sweat away when working outside in summer. On this it does a pretty good job, and as its so thin material wise it doesn't fill like its counterproductive by generating more heat when using it.I also tried it as a way to reduce pressure points on Quest 3 bands but it didnt work for that.I can see it working really well under a helmet as it add little in the way of making you hotterFitting wise it has a fair amount of stretch to accommodate different sizes, but it should really give more meaningful data for sizing so half a star off for that.Ive knocked the other half a star off due to the claim of sun protection which is due to the material rather than any other treatment added as polyester is good for UV protection but as its partial cover you will need more so not sure it adds a lot to the partySo works well for my use and looks like it will be a good option for its intended purpose

Unfortunately the main body of the hat is flimsy. The picture in the advert makes it look much much firmer than it actually is. Traditional cycle caps have this firmness. This one does not, which means that the brim flaps if it is windy or if you are cycling fast. Other than that, the ad picture looks great.

This stretchy cycling cap is lightweight and fits underneath your helmet. It provides protection from the sun, especially for those who don't have much hair on their head. The thin/breathable construction avoids overheating. The sizing is described as one-size-fits-most. With other headwear this usually means that it doesn't fit larger heads like mine (62cm) but I was pleasantly surprised that this hat stretches to fit without being uncomfortable. I'm not overly keen on the look but that is not unique to this item, all similar casquettes look a bit odd when worn with a cycling helmet. The price is reasonable and the quality is absolutely fine.

I like this Melasa cycling cap.It's lightweight and super comfortable as it's really stretchy but not too tight on the head.Having two strips of vented portions along the top helps with keeping your head cool.The 'navy' is true to colour with a small Melasa logo on the visor.This is great for keeping your helmet clean as it's easier to wash this than your helmet.The visor is also a really handy function. It sticks out about 5.3 cm so is not too intrusive and provides some valuable glare protection and sun protection for your forehead in this summer sun.Overall really like this. Looks odd without a helmet obviously but is really handy for a cycling helmet liner.5 stars from me.
