I’ll start by saying I really like the pergola and if we are able to get it to do everything it is suppose to do we will love it. We received the pergola in 9 boxes and were surprised to see the instructions are only in pictures. We made our way through but had questions throughout. The only way to contact the seller is by emailing them on Amazon. It takes them 24 hours to respond. That isn’t the best when you are in the middle of building something. We have an issue with syncing the side screens with the panel controller and have been trying to get a resolution for over 2 days. The number for the manufacture isnt a legitimate number. I tried the number at least 8 times over a period of 4 days. Each time I was told I was being transferred to the promotion line because the company line was busy. The person would insist on trying to sell me various products while I was waiting to be transferred to speak to Yoleny customer service rep. Let me just say they were the most insistent salesperson I’ve ever met and I’m in sales. Needless to say I was never transferred to speak to a person that works at Yoleny. So I currently have a very expensive pergola that have sides that aren’t operating properly. I tried to send the company a video of the issue however Amazon won’t permit the loading of videos, only pictures when communicating with the seller. I pray I can get resolution soon. I’ll submit an update if I can resolve the issues.Update:The company sent me instructions on how to reprogram the pergola and it’s working beautifully. Like I said originally it’s beautiful. If you’re going to purchase be patient if you need any assistance with customer service. They will help you resolve it, but it will take time.

It looks amazing but the electric shades aren't programming the way they should.
