Don't buy unless you want to try and figure out how to put this together. No instructions on how to assemble at all, few small pictures that does not show anything and besides that the chest and waist wrap will not stay tight, in the video it has more sturdy wraps than are green and bigger straps with better clasp. Don't not buy, waste of money, better off getting a inversion table.

No joke... this is the worst piece of junk I've ever bought on Amazon! And I'm pretty sure it made my spinal problem worse!! Every part of this kit is cheap and doesn't work. The stars don't hold, the wheel is up in your arm pit making vary difficult to turn, the harness is useless. I'm not even mentioning the assembly process.

I bought this unit because I can’t use inversion tables. The instruction didn’t have much detail for assembly but they have a great video that easily walks you through it. Once the unit was together it took a little time to figure out the best way that worked for me. I like to use the neck strap and then lock my ankles. The adjustment wheel is easy to use and works great. It really helps me stretch my neck and lower back. I’m 5’11” 240lbs for a reference.

It is very helpful to be able to stretch my neck and back and decompress my discs.

Would recommend this product to everyone with back issues.
