So far, so good!!! It's quiet and seems to be doing a wonderful job. I have mine placed in front of the air return. Log sided, 2600 sq ft home, 2 stories and I have it turned all the way up. It stays dusty.

I've been concerned about air quality in my large basement woodshop for years. This little unit not only cleans things up, it also monitors air quality over time and alerts me when the air might be dangerous. I already use the ThinQ app for other household appliances, so adding this air purifier to the app was super easy. Honestly, the ThinQ app is so useful I find myself trying to justify replacing perfectly good appliances so I can monitor everything in one place. In other news, this air purifier is extremely quiet. In auto mode you just set it and forget it, and wait for the app to tell you when the filter needs to be replaced. This will more than pay for itself the first time you don't have medical bills from breathing bad air.

I wanted an air purifier to place close to my solar mini split AC. Mini splits are great, but they can get clogged with dust and become ineffective. Air purifiers are a good way to keep the dust down and keep a mini split clean.Anyway I got this one on a decent sale and had no trouble just plugging it in, starting it in automatic, and forgetting about it. It makes very little noise, adjusts to the air quality (runs more when it detects a drop in air quality), and doesn’t need tending. The air in my house is already pretty good, but I do notice that when I’m cooking in the kitchen, which is the next room, the purifier kicks into higher gear. It really gets going if I’m searing, frying, etc. Once it gets the air cleaned up, it goes back to maintaining the air quality at lower fan settings on its own.Truly a set and forget tool. I’m not sure how it will do with keeping my mini split clear as they’re both new, but I’ll update when I have more information.

It’s nice and has good features and can use the app but it’s kinda pricey worth it when on a good sale but overall works great for our air quality inside our home for the family.

Purifier works good. Very quiet. The ThinQ phone app has some useful functions. It stores the history of air quality readings, has a scheduling feature and it can record readings while not running since the power to the sensor can be set to always on. I have it scheduled to be off at night but still record air quality.

I had gotten an air purifier for my room recently and it worked out so well I decided to get one large enough for my living room. This is pretty large size. I would say you will need to put it down on the floor or if you have a low table, it might work. The machine is very quiet and it actually helps with smells in the house as well. I had an indoor gril and it made my house smell and I can see the light on the machine turned more red color and the air purifier started working at a higher speed until the air quality settles down to a reasonable level and machine turns green and gets quiet again. Really love it. Also its LG brand which I have tons of appliances from so definitely trust this brand. Love it.

I purchased this item in October, 2024 and have only used it a couple of times. Last week, I noticed a terrible odor in the room that smelled like mold. We checked everywhere to find the source of the smell but couldn't locate it. When I turned off the LG air purifier, the odor disappeared within a couple of minutes.Today, I turned it back on, and the same strong moldy smell returned. I checked the filter, but it was completely clean—there wasn't even any dust on it. Nevertheless, I vacuumed the filter just in case and turned the purifier on again, but the unpleasant smell persists.I really want to return this item, but the return period has expired. It's not a cheap product, and I am not satisfied with it. Additionally, I have been unable to reach customer service for assistance.
