Q: Can this be used with lino?

I don’t see why not if you have underfloor heating under the lino. The only downside is the underlay is not very thick and as you have to tape the sections together you might see the connecting joins of the underlay through the lino. If you don’t have underfloor heating go for something more robust.

Q: This can be install concrete surfaces?

Yes. We installed pro warm electric matting which was then covered in self levelling concrete. This underlay was then placed over the top before laying flooring. Just a tip if you do buy it, be careful when fitting it as it is very thin and easy to rip. Get a good tape to help it stay flat at the joins after unrolling.

Q: Is this a vapour barrier underlay?

It's perforated for underfloor heating design for laminated flooring that'd all I remember

Q: Hi - can i use this directly on top of lvt (luxury vinyl tiles) or do i need an overlay board underneath?

If you have underfloor heating beneath the tiles then yes I would use this underlay between the tiles and the top floor layer. This will ensure that the heat is distributed equally.
