A great recreational vehicle
It is a great product. I have lots of fun using it. There are new versions of EUCs. But it looks like the trend of this EUC business is to make EUC bigger and more powerful. I don't think this is good for (at least some) recreational uses. This EUC is sized right. And its distance of one charge is long enough for all my recreational purposes. (I don't use it as a commute tool.)

Perfect well rounded wheel
Perfect unit. New, in box, this is my first EUC to have ever tried. I wanted something beginner friendly, but one that I wouldn’t outgrow in 1 month. Recent price drop enticed me pull the trigger. About 1-1/2 hr of practice and I was up and under way on my own. It’s tricky to learn at first, but dedicate yourself to learning this and you will get it. The use of a luggage strap wrapped around the top handle will was a huge training aid to get started.

High quality product with a very difficult learning curve!
My work has recently changed our parking spots to somewhere further away so I wanted to get this electric unicycle, EUC, to help me commute the distance easier. About 5 or so years ago, I used to ride a hoverboard around my college campus with ease. It took me maybe a day or two to get the hang of the balancing, but within a week, I was riding it to and from campus. This is a completely different ballpark. I had such a difficult time try to figure out how to ride this. The build quality is fantastic and I'll be it, really heavy at around 40 lbs, but he speed, battery life, and mileage was phenomenal. The functionality was very great with a headlight in the front and a taillight in the back. I just couldn't figure out the best way to ride it even with practicing every single day. I thought it would be a bit easier with my past experience on the hoverboard but having an extra 2 inches of the ground made balancing nearly impossible.Bottom line: if you've ridden an EUC before and want to up your game with a stronger, longer lasting machine, this is perfect. If you're a beginner wanting to get into this world, avoid this at all costs unless you want to speed hours, days, and weeks getting used to it. Trust me, falling off of this things hurts BAD, even with protection. Get the Inmotion E20 because that's what I'm going to do. 4/5 only because it's very difficult to learn and I couldn't.

I Love This Electric Unicycle
I love this unicycle! I have nothing to criticize for the machine itself so it gets 5 stars. This is my first one and I did a ton of research first. EUC's are not for everybody and there are much more powerful units available as well as lesser ones. I wanted one that I could learn on and not have to upsize anytime soon. The Inmotion app, however, would get a 1 star if it was a separate item. Its is 2025 and this app doesn't have many features which would be expected. So I use other apps simultaneously, like Map My Run, and my Fitbit, in conjunction with the manufacturer's app. This is not a deal breaker by any stretch, but these machines are expensive and I the technology in them is state of the art, so why not put a little effort into the app ?Summary - If you are looking for a solid ride and do not plan to really rough ride it, like mudding, then this is a great unit.Update: my rear red light and the horn stopped working (the horn is useless but the red light is very important). I contacted the manufacturer. They were very responsive. I had to submit a video showing the problem. I also learned that it is a common problem. They are sending me a replacement control board. It looks like a couple hours to take the machine apart to install it, but at least they didn't give me any push back about it.I am approaching my first 100 miles and absolutely love it!

A very enjoyable wheel to ride
Step 1 after you receive this unicycle: Install InMotion App and connect your wheel.Step 2: Add yourself as owner.Step 3: Make sure to switch off transportation mode.First-time activation can be a bit tricky, make sure to follow those 3 easy steps I learned by experience, then your wheel will come to life and you will be able to ride it.I tried a couple of other unicycles and at last settled on the V10F model because I find it the most enjoyable to ride, light enough, and does not give me any shin bruises, thanks to its slim and ergonomic design. Its weight seems to be just right for me: not as heavy as the V12 for example, yet has enough range enough for me to ride around on a single charge. It rides smoothly and has no difficulty going on grass uphill. The absence of suspension makes the ride a bit bumpy, yet comfortable enough. The only thing that I do not like about its design is that the handle does not lock well in place place while riding as the handle of the V12.I am sure new learners and mid-level riders will have lots of fun riding this unicycle.Enjoy and be safe!

Great starter wheel, won’t be getting rid of it even when I move up to a v14
The media could not be loaded. It’s got enough power for my 275lbs self to learn how to ride, has a low center of gravity and nice and light. I felt very confident very fast. I’m 32 6’ and 265lbs currently, and on my second day of ownership I started using it for my 2 mile commute to work. A week later, I used it to go on 3 separate 12 mile trips. I’ve taken it in moderate rain and haven’t had any problems within its ip55 rating. Great little wheel, and great value for the money.

Good!
Great wheel. 45lbs or so, yet can climb pretty well. Started with the v8s, and this was the perfect upgrade. Finally getting some riding confidence. Here’s an update: Added power pads and now able to climb trails I couldn’t before. An amazing improvement.
