Weight Balance is not at all there even it is empty..Trolley Telescopic Handle is not at all Stronger one.You need to Dance or you will learn Dancing while using this Trolley..You will be very much disappointed if you expect the features of a age old Suitcase..You need to search and find the Hand Held Handle of this trolly.. no use at all..Except looks it won’t be useful for travellers in any manner..No customer support mechanism at All..Overall its a waste of Money and deep disappointment..ZERO Rating..

This is a good Polycarbonate Cabin Trolley Suitcase which fits right as cabin bag. nice quality but I gave it 4 stars as I did not like the way the bag closes .. the 2 parts wobbles a little and takes a little time to close properly .. but overall good product and good value for money I paid

The laptop compartment is a huge plus, as I don’t need to carry an extra bag anymore. Absolutely love this suitcase. It’s lightweight but still feels really strong. The wheels roll smoothly, making airport travel a breeze, and the USB charging port is very handy. Stylish, spacious, and practical.

I just took this suitcase on a trip, and it worked really well for me. The durable polycarbonate shell stood up to travel conditions, showing no scratches or dents at all. There's plenty of room to pack your essentials for a short trip, all while keeping things neatly organized. Moving around was effortless with the smooth 8-wheel system, even in busy places. The extra USB port and the secure combination lock were really handy features that made the overall experience even better.

The laptop trolly bag is quite bulky due to disproportionately protusion of laptop compartment. Also wheels are not designed to hold the bag upright, if you keep an 15.5inch laptop in the laptop compartment it will fall irrespective you put other items in the big compartment to balance the weight. Chain is not of good quality and locks are no way TSA approved. 5yrs warranty is just a gimmick ,product quality is not at all par with some other generic brands in the market and it can be clearly visible when amazon warned of high return product category. Also the USB wires is poorest quality and you cannot open the usb flap by hand, you will need some sharp object to lift it. As from the image you can see the brand new product has marks on it,which itself speaks a lot about the brand and it's quality checks.

Overall the luggage and design is good. However there are some important feedback which will make it better.1) Product description on Amazon wrongly mentions it has TSA Lock but a substandard ordinary combination lock is given on the luggage. Photo given.2) Zip designs need improvement.Firstly zips inside the luggage are all placed towards the bottom near the wheel. So all compartments are accessed upside down which is inconvenient. When zips are opened items may fall out. Secondly the zipper grip given inside the laptop compartment is very tiny and not smooth. Photos given.
