A Lifesaver for Insulin-Dependent Travelers
As someone who is insulin-dependent and constantly traveling for work, this product has been an absolute game-changer. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my insulin is always protected and kept at the right temperature—no matter where I am in the world.I’ve taken it on 24-hour flights and never once had to worry. The built-in temperature monitor is truly a lifesaver. For anyone whose life depends on insulin, I can’t recommend this product enough. It’s reliable, well-designed, and gives you one less thing to stress about while traveling.

Worth it
This is a great value for my money. The storage capacity works perfectly for me. With the frozen tube in the bottle it stays at 36 degrees Fahrenheit for me and I live in South Florida. I can fit my lantus insulin vials perfectly even with silicone protective sleeves on them. I can also fit a few additional preloaded insulin syringes. The weight is less than an insulated water bottle. Plus the red color makes it more appealing to me. This was worth every cent in my opinion and my favorite part is the ability to check the temperature.

Best portable insulin container & not too expensive
**Fantastic** to carry my insulin pens in with a different reusable ice pack. The one that came with the bottle was too cold and the pen would be up against the frozen insert. I got the 8 pack of Kikkerland Colorful Reusable Plastic Ice Cubes to keep the insulin at the recommended temperate. The top of the thermas has a shelf life of 2 years. I bought it in '22 & it's April of '24 the temperature stopped displaying. I contacted the company about it & learned about the top's shelf life. Definitely worth the investment as it's so useful to carry insulin on errands, out to eat, traveling (via airplane or in general), or during the commute to work. Slim boy design is compact and fits inside my 9L mini backpack perfectly, not protruding at all. Never had any issues with leakage from the bottle when reusable ice cubes or the blue one that comes with it defrosted. It's durable enough that it survives accidental drops, but I wouldn't go around slamming it onto floors.

Works great for international flights
Worked well for my trip to Africa to keep my medicine cool. The flight with connections was over 20 hours.

Misleading
The advertisement claims this case will keep cold for up to 60 hours. There is a 48-hour cold pack and a 12-hour cold pack; when both are used, 48+12=60 hours. The only thing is both cold packs will not fit into the unit. It's one or the other. The 12-hour cold pack is actually an emergency water bottle and nothing more. The instruction manual stated that it can be filled and frozen to extend storage another 12 hours in an emergency. It takes time for water to freeze so... not sure what they had in mind with this. Printed on the emergency water bottle is DO NOT FREEZE. It will serve my purpose, just not up to 60 hours.

Perfect for all travel and accepted on flights
Didn’t know these existed but what a huge benefit it is to have. I went on vacation in January and it held my injection, kept it cold and I had no issues with TSA. The temperature gauge on the lid was nice and reassured me that after hours of traveling me medicine wasn’t going to be spoiled by the warm temperature. I’ve only used it that one time but what a difference it made. If you travel often and need your injectables cold I highly recommend. Just check to make sure your med will fit. On the listing it shows the most common meds and how many of each will fit into this sized container.

Worked well for what I needed
I was traveling several times this year and I needed something that could take my miles and medication in. It was very easy to travel from home to our next location by driving with this. I stayed frozen the entire time. However we are at the hotel in Hawaii they did not have a freezer and so I tried to keep it on ice as much as possible so that the gel could have a chance to freeze. However by the time I made it home after a 10-hour flight it was sitting around 60°. Still colder than outside air but warmer than I would have liked for my medication. I didn't take the cold water filling container, because I truly did not think we would have the opportunity to have cold water. They also only gave it four stars because occasionally when I tap the lid it would not display the temperature. I'm not sure why it was doing that, but I'm really concerned about when the battery dies I have to get a replacement.
