My kids and I are novices to skim boarding. I watched others do a good bit, but it's new to my kids.We ordered this to try on our beach vacation. However, due to an emergency we had to postpone. They like it, but first commented that it looked like a toy.

I love the design of this board— the artwork and the basic shape. It’s great for my favorite 9-year-old. A teen or adult might prefer a larger board. Size is as advertised. Weight is just right— not too heavy to throw or too light to work in windy conditions.

We got this for our vacation to the beach. Our son saw everyone using them last year and he just had to have one. This one seems to be great quality. It held up great we didn’t have any issues and he had a blast. Would highly recommend. The kids love it.

It came with a nick in the back , didn’t have time to return before vacation but the board held up well for the money spent, kids had fun so that’s what matters

I purchased this skimboard for my son to enjoy more adventure on the beach. We rubbed some SurfWax on the top of the board to help with grip when skimming on the water. The board is light-weighted and easy to carry with the original bag. My son is 10yrs old and this was a perfect size for him. He picked it up pretty quickly after I showed him a couple of times. It is easy to ride and control. To enjoy the ride, especially for beginners, a relative flat beach with a skim of water is ideal. Love the board, it brings him a whole new level of fun on the beach.
