Wow, such a lengthy ingredient list! I bought it for the sea moss for thyroid health and I feel so much better and energized! Although I did buy it for primarily the sea moss, this is one, unlike most others, that had a very impressive ingredient list and I was especially happy it had Ashwaghanda root, a supplement that my psychiatrist recommended to me. There is a good hefty dose of this and the sea moss, along with several others that I’m excited about! Don’t worry, these pills don’t smell weird and they aren’t difficult to swallow, despite the good amount of nutrients packed inside.

I received my bottle of Yogic seamoss and the seals were intact. I have started taking them and have noticed results so far. My breakouts seems less already and I feel more energized. They don't leave a bad taste and they are perfect size for me. They have yellowish color and I think that's because of the turmeric listed in the ingredients.

I like the fact that the capsules aren't big, therefore it's easy to swallow. I haven't been taking it long enough to gage the difference of it on my skin or me metabolism. I really need that energy so I hope it works out.

I love that these vitamins have all of the supplements that I take in one single pill. I’m hoping to see increased energy over the next few weeks of taking them and will report back with an update!

So far I really like these. I have tried the sea moss gel and some of the flavors are very gross, this is a much nicer alternative and has more than just sea moss in it, so a plus! I believe that they have helped, but I think I would need to take them for a longer period of time to see a bigger difference.

Something I got for my brother, he has been sick about sea moss lately, so I've been buying him different brands here and there for him to try. He said this brand was "pretty cool" and liked the overall design and aesthetic of the packaging. He doesn't have trucks taking pills, so he didn't even mention the size or whether they were easy or difficult to take. I think they are a great value, I would buy them for him again if he says he liked this brand a lot. But so far, I've only gotten the comment on the packaging design.
