These work great i was told by my doc to try these as folic acid wasn't working my body couldn't convert it where as this is already converted been a few weeks now and i can definately feel the diffence.

These are fine.

I bought these, without realizing they're not for people over 50. Does anyone know the reason for this? If it's because the dosage is too high, would it be okay to one every other day, or once a week? It would be a shame to waste them.

Being methylated it absorbs better feelMore energy and take one every morning. Will buy again.

All good, I feel healthier, and I can walk about 2 miles without trying... A lot to be said about supplements...

[Edit2] Have just purchased these again in early Feb '25, and the packet is still green, not blue as shown in the listing when I ordered.Also, the warning that they're not suitable for 'those over the age of 50 years' is still on the back of the packet.That information is not written in the listing, and I still can't find any information to back up or justify this claim.-----[Edit: Only after buying and taking these for a while, did I notice that the packet contains a warning in tiny print stating:Not suitable for those over the age of 50 years'.I am over 50, and have been taking these daily for about ten weeks, to increase my folate level. I've not had any side effects, and my folate level is now looking good on my blood test.I decided to research this, but couldn't find any information to back up this claim. Neither did I notice the same disclaimer on other equivalent products from different brands.I will continue to take these on a regular basis until / unless I find bonafide information to confirm that I shouldn't because I'm over 50.]-----Started taking these because my folate level came back low in blood test. Not always easy to get the amount you need from diet, so decided to try supplementing.This is a sensible daily dose (one a day). The next time my folate was tested it had increased, so these are obviously doing what they're supposed to do.

This is a supplement of 90 capsules which come in a self seal pouch and will last you 3 months as the recommended dose is one per day. This makes them very good value in my opinion. The capsules themselves are very small and so easy to swallow. They are also suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.Being in a pouch the packaging is very flat and could easily fit through the letterbox so no waiting around for the postman. L-methylfolate is the natural form of vitamin B9 and I understand that it may be easier for the body to absorb. I have used these capsules for a while now and I definitely feel less tired and more energised.

Smell unusual but has raised my folate slightly in just over a week! Will continue to take.
