Slow poor compatibility
Phone is very slow and is incompatible with HSBC online banking app. No good to me.

OK for a phone, very slow as a smart phone
The phone is ok but doesn't run a lot of apps very well. It runs very slow. We had bought it for a dedicated "house phone" which had all the smart home automation apps on it to reduce the amount of apps we had on our own phones.Sadly this hasn't really been the case as it isn't effective in loading or running the apps we need.Battery is great though, if you only need a simple phone, this might be on for you.

Can’t open sim port
I could not find the port to upload sim. Support not helpful. Also came uncharged.

The phone isn't in excellent condition as it was advertised, as you can see on the photo there's gouges down the side.
