another 1 for the collection!
Great buy for any Thomas fan! My 2 year old has many hours of fun playing with his collection of Thomas take n play trains! Good quality and good value! He and his brother are at times quite rough with these but the trains survive this! Would recommend to any Thomas fan!

Lovely diecast, same issue with all of them
My son is collecting the thomas take and play trains and Hiro we found difficult to come across - on eBay they were selling used for over £10 so I was surprised to find one at a lower price. The diecasts are all a good size, wonderful detail. We've not had any trouble with the wheels or magnets, the only problem with these that we've found is that the paint chips so easily! It is rather annoying as they quickly look like my son spends his time throwing them out of a second story window onto a paved drive. Mainly storage of them seems to be the key. My son throws them in a box with cars - even the slightest nick against a car will scratch and cause the marks and chips that are so common with these. My son lives them. They're good quality, some are a bit high priced, but it is thomas so that is expected! I'd recommend if you have a little one who loves thomas, if you're collecting and taking it out of the box, perhaps best to get some sort of case.

Nothing else to say really. Like the other Thomas and Friends Take n Play trains, this one is brilliant and my son loves it so well worth the money. They are educational and well made

This is the most impressive of the die-cast engines
Hiro just looks so glossy and amazing! Seems a shame to get him out of the packet knowing the treatment he will get at the hands of our 2 year old!

My 2 year old grandson loves Thomas the tank engine and so he will be very pleased to add this engine to his collection. Delivery was fast and efficient.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money wish i had checked the size of the item before i had ordered it.

An excellent addition to the take-and-play range
Purchased for my 2 year old and remains a firm favourite 6 months down the line. This engine seems as well made as the rest of the take-and play range, however after being played with for two days the back magnet on the original toy stopped working and I had to send it back for a replacement. I have had no problems since though with this, or any other of the range.
