Don't be put off by the colour, they are one of the best on the market
Cool quiet and moves plenty of air.I have these mounted on my AIO and installation was easy. It comes with anti vibration mounts which are excellent but couldn't use these for water cooler. Also has a anti vibration shroud that covers the entire outside of the body that sits between the fan and the radiator.Plenty of connections and extensions for what you need.

This fan is whisper quiet, just what I was hoping for
The product arrived in perfect condition and was very simple to install even without the small guide book, the fan is all but noiseless with the rubber fittings and the rubber gasket providing excellent vibration and turbulence mitigation. It doesn't feel particularly powerful however so may struggle to move enough air with systems that run particularly hot. Mine does not however and it is perfect for my needs.I will say that it was a little pricey but I felt the quality was equal to the cost, so it was neither good value or bad value I feel it was about right.

Quality.
The product screams quality, their packaging has everything inside and on it that a typical man can appreciate (specs, information + loads of cables parts to customise it to suit your needs) great bearing, really quiet without the low noise cables attached, solid feel. A little dearer than other fans in its price bracket but definitely worth the money. The only thing I wish is that they weren’t such an odd colour, but the beige and brown just shouts noctua and under a blue led strip like mine is, you can’t really tell when it’s on what colour it is.

Superb Cooler
Bought to replace the stock cooler on an i7 micro-atx gaming PC with a rather restrictive case size which is why I went for the 90mm fan size.I've been a long time user of Noctua case fans, but this is the first cooler I've bought from them. Recent issues with temps getting so high (playing Star citizen) that it was causing re-boots convinced me that a new cooler was in order.Pros:Very good build quality.Easy to install, with clear and simple instructions, all the components fit together perfectly.Comes with a tube of Noctua thermal paste, which is good stuff and does not need to be replaced with a seperate buy (unless you are a die-hard fan of a different brand).Even comes with spare fan clips if you want to buy a second fan in the future for a push-pull configuration. You can adjust the fan position if needed to clear the memory modules on cramped boards ( I needed to move the fan up about 2mm to clear mine).Cons.Not everyone is a fan of beige...pretty much the only con I can think of right now. Can't comment to much on noise levels, as it doesn't seem to add anything over the sound of the case fans. If anything it is a little quieter than the original coolerIn short it's dropped my temps from the high 70's ( spiking into the 90's), down to no higher than low 60's under heavy load. Granted, when I removed the previous cooler (stock) there was very little thermal paste present, so this may of been an original install failure...it's the first pre-built system I've had in the last 20 years.I am planning a new build, and if I decide not to go with water cooloing, I'm most likely to get another Noctua cooler ( 120mm probably) to keep things simple. I don't need "flash" equipment, I lean towards reliable every time. While this is a new purchase, so I can't speak to longevity at the moment, if my case fans are any indication then it should last for a long time. I've never had a noctua fan fail on me yet, some having been moved from one build to the next for nearly 8+ years of continuous use.Would I recommend it? Yes. If space is an issue, and you can't go larger, then this is a very effective and easy to use cooler that does exactly what you need it to do.

Really nicely made, very quiet and very efficient.
Bought two of these to replace a couple of old 'low noise' 1200rpm cooling fans in my AV cabinet. The NF-A12x25 are rated at 2000rpm but come with two low noise adaptors (inline cables that resist the speeds down) for around 1700 or 1300rpm usage. Turns out they're actually noticeably quieter than the fans they replaced running at full speed so no need for the low noise adaptors in my application... and the cabinet cooling consequently is much more efficient. Yes, they're expensive in comparison to some cooling fans... but they're clearly really nicely made, very quiet and very efficient.

Brilliant fan
great fan, very quiet. The rubber screws are brilliant and easy to install too.Recommend for people who want quiet pcs - its worth the extra money :)

Looks striking, great airflow, not so quiet.
If you're seeking a silent pc, these A12x25 fans are not for you. Even with the ultra low noise adapter, the whooshing of the air is loud enough to be distracting. It is only quiet enough if you daisy chain the ULNA and LNA together, but at that point the voltage becomes too low and the fan starts to make a ticking sound (as it attempts to start and stop I presume). You may have better sound levels switching to the A12x25 ULN, but I personally switched to the NF-S12A instead for its superior airflow and lower noise levels (evident on the noctua site with around 10 decibels with LNA). I have the fans off at idle and have them ramp up under load. The NF-S12A does make sound as well, hence the 0 rpm mode set on my motherboard, but they do seem to be the quietest fans available that still provide decent airflow. The fans are impressive having the same noise level between 30% and 60% providing very high airflow with a quiet "air being moved" noise. Very happy with my NF-S12A purchase, got 3 of them in my Define C TG with a Noctua NH-D15 (set to minimum 20% rpm).

solid quality fans and performance
i have no issues with the fans i have many noctua fans from previous purchasesthe only problem i had was that i orderd 2 flx and recived one flx and a pwm fan good thing my mother board supports pwmalso the fan housing is slightly diffrent than b4 so it was not fun to fit the spring clips to mount it to my NHD-14 coolerother wise performance very goodnoise levels not too loud for the amount of air it pulls out of my case

The best fans I have ever seen
These are amazing. Even at top speed, they are very low noise, they install as fast as you are with a screwdriver (faster if you use the noise dampening connectors), they are super high quality, and the gasket works perfectly. My cpu is a liquid cooled and I have 2 of these in a push-pull configuration on the radiator and now the cpu temperature maxes out with a max load and max overclocking ten degrees C lower and the temperature overall is lower and drops much faster than with the previous fans that were actually pretty good. Airflow through the radiator is amazing. These fans and the 4 pin pwm version of the same physical configuration are the best I have ever seen in decades of working with computers when it comes to radiators and air cooling heatsinks. I have already ordered more for use in other systems and to blow air out of the tower itself (my system doesn't have a powered intake for some reason, but I would use these for that too, if I could). I actually like the colors and look of these, I know that the general opinion is that they look ugly, but they look pretty good to me in my system. There are tons of ways to attach them both physically and electrically. So you can connect them directly to the motherboard or pci card via 3 pin connector or directly to the power supply. So you can actually use as many as you want, creating new intakes and outputs in the case and/or for duct channels as the power supply connection can be chained with as many fans as you can power. They do cost more than usual, but they are absolutely worth it. They will last forever. I have had very good fans in the past and they have never had the six year warranty that these have. They also do not have the travel between the rotor and the stator base that other fans have, which is a good indicator of the longevity of almost any device. And the cable attachments to lower the top speed of these fans are nice to have, but these fans are so quiet that I can have them permanently running at top speed without any problems. I have both light and sound sensitivities and these fans aren't a problem for that at all. I also have chronic migraines and I can leave my computer running during them because they are so quiet. I really can't say enough about how much I love these things

These fans live up to the hype.
These are easily the best fans I've ever used. They push plenty of air and have killer static pressure using as radiator fans or intake through filter/hard drives etc. They do this while making the least amount of noise I've heard from such a fan. They are, in my opinion, better than all other fans on the market. I've used all of the competing fans from EK, Nidec (GT), Corsair (ML), NoiseBlocker, Fractal, BeQuiet! etc. Those are all great fans in their own right but all of them suffer from at least one downfall in terms of either performance, noise or reliability. The build quality, packaging and warranty on these Noctua's is outstanding -- class-leading there as well. Their only possible "cons" would be the price and the Noctua color-scheme which some people just can't live with; these are both very subjective and will vary from person to person. Where these are objectively, essentially "perfect" is in the domain of performance, noise and build-quality/reliability; which for my money are a top priority in my builds. Kudos to Noctua for coming up with what is in my opinion the best fan created to date. If they ever release a Chromax edition, oh boy... other manufacturers better watch out!Highly recommended for enthusiasts seeking the best of the best.
