A few years before, I bought a similar one on Amazon that was a sloppy mess. I had to tinker with that one to get it to remain in the socket while I slept. This one is tight and functional; exactly what it should be.

So far so good. Super cute, fits in our bag, and has been in great use to charge multiple things at one time. My son loves his too!! We love that there are options and we only had to buy 1 for each of us and it appeases multiple travel destinations we are interested in.

While this product works fine as an adapter, it does not work as a voltage converter in the UK. While visiting the UK I tried both my curling iron and flat iron in this, while using the converter setting and both started to sizzle and overheat within a few minutes. Absolutely not safe and you should not purchase this product to use as a converter.

It's not easy to find an international adaptor with USB plug and the function to convert 220 to 110 voltage. It's light too. I tried it out at home i.e. used the US adaptor and the USB plug. So far so good. There's no way for me to check the voltage conversion function, so fingers-crossed that it works on voltage conversion. I just came back from a trip to HongKong and wish I found it earlier to try it out. The only negative comment I got for this adaptor is it's a challenge to pull out Australia adaptor because of its shape. I had to try several times in order to push the foot out. I wish the USA plug can be manually pushed it to a triangle shape for use in Australia. That would not be so hard for me to push the Australia plug out.

I’m so glad I bought this before I went to Asia. Never been to Asia before but they do have different outlets. So make sure you get one of these before leaving the United States.
