Great system! This ro system softens my water and adds a crisp and refreshing taste. I was going to contact the seller for the installation instructions but they already messaged me with it. Good customer service. Easy to understand the instructions and simple process. I put it together with my brother but it's doable alone. Easily fits under the sink.

Everything come in need and organized but I need using it for 1 month water TDS never go down below 100. It in between 100-250 TDS.

Like the water quality and quality of its materials. Assembly was relatively easy and labels were pretty self explanatory. It would have been nice to have detailed instruction though. Overall we are very satisfied with our system.

My Daughter bought a new home. My wifeand I thought we would by them an reverse Osmosis Alkaline water system as a gift. When we brought it to them, they wanted a whole house system. So, I told them I would return this system and give them the money to buy what they wanted. Amazon agreed to refund my money but Rotex said no! I buy alot from Amazon! But, this company does not understand how to work with customers! They will not refund your money! I never opened the box. I believe it may be better to buy from a store then to deal with companys that don't care about our needs as a consumer.I believe there are "Better" companys then Rotex to buy water purification systems from that have much better customer service then Rotex!!!

Novice here but easy to use and water quality is awesome. Great customer service. Saved lots of water bottles and good for the environment. Highly recommended for home use.
