You have to give it to this brand, they know how to make professional grade cooking knife. This is the 3rd one I got from them.As usual, the weight is perfectly balance allowing to cut without putting unnecessary pressure on the blade. You can actually balance the knife right at the handle edge on your finger (don't drop it!).The handle fits nicely in the hand and because it's rubbery/plastic material, this makes the knife fully dishwasher safe which is another greatly appreciated feature.So if you are serious about your cooking, these knives are for you.
