So far no problem and no misalignment will update this in three months. Hopefully it will hold up atleast a year or two. Do keep in mind the ring around where you put the drinks does get pretty dirty time to time and make sure to clean that.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first time buying a sealing machine and bought this wantJoin brand to seal the drink cups for an upcoming big catering party. The machine arrived with all the shown parts as part of the description. As soon as you open the machine from the box, you can hook to the electric outlet and install the seal film to get started.Installing the sealing film (A major step)This is the critical step to make sure your machine works in a right way. First thing is, the machine doesn't even come with any test film roll and you need to buy a roll separately. The installation of the film is little confusing as the pictures provided in the guide book can be confusing. I watched some videos online to install the film properly. First thing is to make sure you are setting the film in right direction and there is a black rectangle box on the film which has to be aligned properly with the machine indicator. Once it is aligned, the indicator shows in red which means it is aligned properly for sealing.Installing the sealing film is a multi-step process. First, install the film in the main slot and roll the film through multiple rollers and take the roll to the next roller which collects the blank seal films that can be rolled. During this process, sometimes the film may not stay firm and you need to adjust correctly to make sure the film is firm and not loose during the sealing process.Operation InstructionsBefore starting to use the machine, set the desired temparature of the machine to 180-190 by selecting the temperature and wait until the green light indicator is shown on the machine. The machine by default is set in Auto mode which means as soon as you keep the cup inside the slot, the sensor is invoked and slides the cup inside the slot for sealing. So, be careful to keep away your hands as it is automatic process.Once the cup is inserted, the machine automatically cuts the film and applies the pressure to seal the cup and pushes it outside automatically. This is a nice feature and love it. This saves the time to load and unload the cups easily.The trouble partThe overall setup of this process takes about 30mins-45mins ensuring you are a beginner and following the guide. As the saying, the devil in the details, you will immediately will go after the troubleshooting guide as soon as you start the sealing machine.First thing, we used PET cups as recommended and also used the filter rings provided to try different options. The machine wasn't able to seal the cups properly. We tried different heating settings as mentioned in the Q&A guide.Once you press "Sound" button for 3 secs, you enter the Program settings mode that starts from P001 - P006. Honestly, there is no instruction provided on each of this setting and the definition of what is P001 - P006. For each of them there is a timer control except for P002 & P006. There is no clue on which setting is enabled for the machine and no guide mentions about this settings.I have tried even P006 settings to double seal the cup, but observed the plastic cup is melting during the process. But, the sealing film is not properly sealing the cup.Final FeedbackWatch the video I shared in this post to see our experienece with this machine. We spent almost 2-3hours troubleshooting different steps to make this work and we are not able to get atleast 1 cup successfully. We looked online to research any issues and also tried the cleaning process and nothing worked. It was a waste of effort and do not know the reason for not working.
