READ THE REVIEWS! As several others have pointed out, THIS PHONE IS NOT UNLOCKED. It did not recognize my carrier’s SIM. In fact, when I went to AT&T’s official website to look up the IMEI in an effort to unlock it, I got the error message, “Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device.” I needed this as a back up phone for a trip I have coming in less than one week now I have to try and find another one and hope it arrives in time. Thanks a lot!

Took a while for it to start up. By that I mean charging was off and my apps were trying to go through and it was laggy. But now on day 2 it is working awesomely. Great for a cheap renewed phone. I use this on wifi so I can't talk to call quality.

Got this for my son, who does not have phone service, he uses it on the wifi at home and a magic jack app. He said that it was pretty straightforward to set up but it has a whole lot of nonsense preloaded on it. It took him a while to get it the way he wanted it and he is now satisfied with it. He did say that the camera is rather crappy though. He is very pleased with the battery, the way he uses it he only has to charge it maybe once a week. It has been durable and works well for his needs.

The description said it was unlocked. It also said it would work with AT&T. Neither is true. I tried to get AT&T to unlock it, but the came back to say it wasn't a device they know about. I then discovered it was locked with Dish Wireless. I didn't waste a minute trying to get to those people. I returned it. I think the lesson is to not buy an Amazon renewed phone, unless you're feeling real lucky.

Functional, Value for Money, Seems to have decent performance. Good battery life, Quality is as expected at this price point, Looks ok.
