I have a foam roller for the heavy flexibility work, but it's a bit of a blunt tool.This set really comes in when you need to do some more detailed work, and does it well.It comes with a drawstring fillet style bag for storage, and will allow you to target these rogue muscles quite well.The texture and density of the rollers are perfect, having a tiny bit of give but not squishable, I know they're going to be a staple in my gym kit
