Beautifully made. Nice simple quality design rather other speakers which look like a tacky disco box.Sound is epic. Huge base. You’ll need to turn it down with the eq in the companion app.App is ok, limited but that’s all you need. Option of being able to pair 2 for even bigger sound but I don’t think you’ll need too.I had a SoundLink mini before which epic but this is 3 times louder.Battery is great and you can even charge your phone from it.Is it worth £400 at release last year? No. But you’ll find them for £300 here on Amazon on prime days and that is a good price for what you’re getting.I also love the fact that it’s waterproof dust proof and impact proof and you link it to your Bose home system if you have one.

Big sound, great battery life, bluetooth connectivity and app is great. EQ settings are alright more for adjusting the speaker better to your ear, does the job.Portability is good, it is a weighty but sturdy speaker compared to the original Soundlink Mini.Couple gripes I have are the silicon/rubber material on top is a dust magnet and the buttons are pretty cheap/old school feeling when pressing them. Other than that an all round solid product. It should really come with its own charger plug though at this price.

I’m of a generation that always thought the bigger the speaker, the better sound. Now with new technology that theory has gone out the window. This little speaker has the sound and power of my old hi-fi. The bass booms and the EQ is easily adjustable via the Bose app. I absolutely love it. My music sounds fantastic. It’s amazing how such a small speaker can fill a room. Well worth the money!

Very good sound quality with excellent base, as expected. The speaker is very heavy but made up by sound quality. It is very functional with multiple simultaneous connections. Excellent battery life and the reverse charging is also very helpful.Looking at the price history, do not buy at over £300 as it is frequently dropped to £299.My main criticism is the metal grill is VERY easily scratched, see photos.

The weight which feels like 5kg or five packets of sugar is the first thing you can't help notice with the promise to deliver heavy bass and Holy crap! it delivers it well.On testing it at work people rushed in to see where the big sound was coming from and struggled to believe it came out of such small sized speaker.Internet music quality varies so CD's are the best to utilise its full potential. Not sure why they allow you to tweet the sound levels as factory setting is best. I've heard quite a few Bluetooth speakers in my time but this one is on another level.Best Bluetooth speaker I've ever owned to date, with JBL coming second.The price is well justified for the power you get in return which in my opinion you actually get more for your money on this particular speaker.Bose have really outdone themselves as per usual.When I'll replace it it will be for next few model up.It wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't win awards in "what hi-fi" magazine.NOTE: Best use a charger that fits the cable provided as it can take ages to charge with standard phone charging cable.

Worth every Penny, for my ears it is best placed with plenty of space around it. Sound quality is seriously second to none.

1 MAJOR Flaw: the battery drains pretty fast - even when switched off!Check the forums before buying, because there doesn’t seem to be a fix, and it plagues multiple models in the Soundlink range. I own the Revolve 2 and it’s exactly the same - very frustrating.Of If I leave the speaker switched off - with 100% charge, it will be dead within 3-4 weeks of no use at all.Besides that huge and frankly unforgivable issue, the speaker is simply the best! The sound is so loud and strong. It defies physics. Battery life is amazing - more than 20 hours playing loud. Form factor is also great.Fix the battery drain issue, and it’s the market-leading product (of its class).
