I am Impressed! When I received the PC I was surprised how well it was constructed. Setup was easy and performance is fantastic, it's lightning fast and handles anything I can throw at it. We used these in business - they get a lot of use,I waited until both the units I purchased were running over 3 months to review them and I have to say to have impressed me.This is really an great buy.In recently had to email service for a question and they responded within minutes and answered all my questions - very professional. Great customer Service !

EDIT:The i9 version of this computer sometimes has a high pitched whine. I contacted the seller and they said the 2 models in the plastic case have fans. I found this computer by doing an Amazon search for "Fanless PC". It is still a great computer, but it does have a fan and it could/does make some noise. I think the fan is fairly quite, but it causes a vibration that makes the noise as I can put some finger pressure on the case and quiet it. And fans being mechanical will eventually wear out or could get dust or other contaminants to clog them up. When I hear the noise it sounds like a dentist's drill. I just wanted to amend my original review so I am not passing false info. I hope the seller amends their Amazon ad to reflect that 2 of the models in the one listing have a fan and 2 don't.end of edit.The Amazon ad for this had 4 choices. 2 were what looked like in a heavy duty metal case with a large heat sink. The other 2 more expensive versions looked like they might be plastic cases. All are fanless.I ordered the heavy metal i7 version AND the top of the line i9. Sure enough the i7 was a GREAT build in a heavy metal case. The i9 was not going to be delivered until the next day.Despite the large heat sink, the i7 ran VERY hot, too hot to touch. Also, it may have been a driver issue, but I could not find the Windows sleep mode and their email tech support is slow with no English website. I was worried that if this ran that hot with the massive heat sink, if the i9 (faster processor) was in a plastic case it might struggle to dissipate the heat.The i9 WAS in a much much lighter plastic case, but it barely runs above room temp. I returned the heavy i7 and ordered a 2nd i9. Both run flawlessly and I thought the price was a good value. There is room inside for a 2.5" SSD and a 2nd m2 SSD.The 2 heavy models have a GREAT build quality and will probably workout fine, but with the heat, I feel the i9 is worth the extra money, I don't have that worry about the heat, and are spec'ed better too.This is one of those deals you are skeptical about until you actually get and use it. When I carried my loaded old tower downstairs, I was sure I made the right purchase.

I needed a new computer for my photo booth. It runs great and processes videos fast. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that it doesn't have the proper screw holes for a VESA mount and the one it comes with is worthless for my purposes. The HP I had before was made with 4 holes that went all the way through the computer to attach it to the mount. None of the after market mounts had enough stability for something that travels and in different positions all the time. I've resorted to industrial strength velcro. Hopefully it will hold in the TX heat when I leave my booth in the car.

I love this PC. it is very powerful and was too easy to set up. it's size is really amzing

This computer was a solid 9/10 until it just completely died out of nowhere. All I heard was a loud pop, smelt smoke, and now it refuses to turn on. It had no issues until now. Now it's just completely dead.Support did reach out several times, but I was way too busy to respond.It's good that support reached out and wanted to provide a solution though.Too bad Amazon won't let me increase the review to a 3.5, but I cannot give this experience a 4-star.If I reach out to support, now that I'm about 3 months late to responding, I'll update this with a higher rating.In all honesty, I did not give Chatreey a fair chance if I didn't respond to support and I'm late at doing so, but I do appreciate that support reached out to honor the warranty.
