I would recommend the flexible tips. So you can aim the tip to get all of the canal. Also it won’t stick you if the tip hits the inner ear

Q: Does it come with any liquid for cleaning the ear or its just the tool ?

The system doesn’t need to come w/ fluid. You use warm water and you can also add hydrogen peroxide to the water. Depending on how bad the wax is you can do up to a 50/50 mix. Make sure water isn’t to cold or to hot. Sort of what you would do for a child’s bottle.

Q: Where do you get extra tips?

I haven't had to get more tips yet. It came with several, and since I'm the only one using the system I reused the same tip several times. The system works well. After about three days my ear was completely cleaned out using the same tip.
