So summer is fast approaching and I needed to find something for my son to do. I didn’t realize how much clothing the bag would take to fill it. But once that was completed hung it from my cable machine. This is my first punching bag but it seems very strong. The chains seems as if they will hold up over time. The bag is definitely durable gave it a few kicks and the material feels tough. Definitely a good starter kit. Came with gloves for him to use, black and red training balls, hand wraps, the bag and hanging hardware. To set up the bag I grabbed a ton old clothing and 50 pounds of sand from the big box store. I cut up a few 12 inch circle cardboard for the top and bottom. Put some clothing in a 1 gallon ziplock bag of sand in the center, more clothing and another gallon ziplock bag of sand in the center. I continued repeating this step until the bag was full and compressed on the inside checking the weight every few layers. When I was done the bag weight was just under 80 pounds. Originally bought for my son but I see the whole family taking a wack at it first the wife yesterday. Then my daughter’s today. Might have to grab some gloves for everybody

The media could not be loaded. This punching bag is the perfect beginners bag. It's bigger than expected and is easy to fill up. I just put a few pillows and old clothes. The gloves it comes with are not the best, but they are better than nothing. Overall I like it and recommend it.

The items I received in the mail, do not match the picture I only got the punching bag and gloves I did not get the hanging chains or the other accessor

This product arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I highly recommend it, especially considering the price, and I was very excited to install it. We bought this for our 20 year old grandson. He loves it! This should last for many years without worrying about wear and tear.

It didn’t come with everything that it said it came with it just came with boxing gloves and the bag that’s it not the hand wrap or the ball just those two things

The boxing bag is decent for casual use, but the quality could be better. It holds up well for light training, but it might not withstand heavy or intense punches over time. Good for beginners or occasional workouts, but advanced users might want something more durable.

You definitely get what you pay for . The bag is ok if filled right but truly might as well pay 60 and get one down already . The extras like gloves feel like the ones you used as kids as a toy from dollar store. If you filled with sand and didn’t know how to wrap hands it would break hand if you hit it wrong .
