DISCLAIMER: I work for Harman.  In fact, I was part of the team that developed the PSB-1.  These opinions are my own, and not my employer's.

With that out of the way....

The only audio input on the PBS-1 Pro Soundbar is an analog line-level stereo input. So your TV needs an analog output--that's the biggest thing to keep in mind. If it has one, then the PSB-1 is a fantastic speaker, especially for the money.  I've installed several of them personally for friends and relatives, and they've all loved them.  If your TV does NOT have an analog output, then it's incompatible with the PSB-1 unless you find some kind of "[whatever]-to-analog" converter. For example, if the only audio output on your TV is a digital SPDIF output, then you need to find a 3rd-party "SPDIF-to-analog" converter, which would sit between the TV and PSB-1 in the signal path.

To answer your question specifically: connect the Fire Stick to an HDMI input on your TV as you always would. Then connect an analog output from your TV to the soundbar. The analog output on your TV can physically be an "RCA" style or 3.5mm (1/8th inch) style... either physical port style is compatible, because the PSB-1 ships with adapter cables for both.

Last thing to consider is how the volume is controlled.  Ideally the analog output on the TV is "variable", which means the signal coming out of your TV's analog output gets louder and quieter as you adjust the TV's volume.  If it's a variable output, then it's super easy: just connect the cables (1 audio cable, 1 power cable), and you're done (other than sometimes having to go into the TV's menu and disabling the TV's internal speakers if aren't automatically disabled... it depends on the TV).  At that point you can continue using your TV's native remote, because the volume controls on it will indirectly be controlling the volume on the soundbar.  The only difference is everything will sound A LOT better now :)

If the analog output is NOT "variable" (i.e. if it's "fixed") then the PSB-1 will most likely still work for you, but you just need to do some extra stuff.  You'll need to either A.) program the PSB-1 to "learn" the IR commands of your existing remote (the manual tells you how), or B.) you need to use the JBL-branded remote that comes with the PSB-1.  The JBL remote is a very simple "audio only" remote with 3 buttons: volume UP, volume DOWN, and MUTE.  You would use the JBL remote in addition to using your existing TV's remote for everything else.

Make sure to read the manual.  It's well written and includes lots of good details.  Especially about how to choose the right "mode" and also how to choose the right "max volume."

No woofer. Single unit.   Not bad for a sound bar however I am using it in a professional environment in a conference room.
