What a wonderful variety of meats and steaks. The sirloin steaks were juicy and incredibly soft. The Wagyu beef ribs practically melted in my mouth. And the smoked brisket was the best I've had since my trip to Texas few years ago. Just amazing!

I wanted to find prime meats and these are choice at best. Not great but edible. Not impressed for the price.

Every cut in this box was excellent. The sirloin steak was lean and juicy, the ribs were tender as can be and the smoked brisket had just the right amount of smokiness. So easy to prepare and absolutely delicious!
