These capsules are relatively small, easy to swallow, the casing is good quality (haven't had one split), they don't have a super strong smell or taste, and they have a nice mixture of algae and flax, so skip the fish and go straight to the source! :)

Liked the packaging , not sure if it’s recyclable though. Initially thought they were quite big but they are surprisingly easy to swallow. Same ingredients to my usual choice at half the price and with the additional benefit of flaxseed oil

I was using another other brand that was really expensive. Switched to these, mainly because of the price but also because of the spectrum of oil and I’ve been pleased with them. No issues with digestion or an heartburn (which I have had with others)
