Good product, better instructions needed
The package says 1/2 cup of powder, 2/3 cup of water and a tablespoon of olive oil. The consistency is like pea soup. Instead try 2/3 cup of powder and 1/2 cup of water, and the consistency is much better for hummus.

Overwhelming unbalanced taste and texture; not edible for this customer
Flavor was very overspiced, overpowering and not savory, unlike other hummus and hummus mixes I have had. The texture was unpleasantly grainy, unlike any other hummus I have had. Could not eat this at all.It could be a good concentrated mix if non-gmo and organic.To prevent throwing out the purchase, it may be possible to blend a little of this mix with organic olive oiland a can of pureed organic chickpeas. The product is from a small family business and deserves to be supported, but it needs reformulation. Not recommended as is.
