I’ve tried other berberine products on the market and so far these have worked the best. A little chewy (I do not recommend if you’ve recently had a crown placed…speaking from experience). Mild fruity flavor with no unpleasant aftertaste. Noticeable appetite suppression and anti inflammatory response, with no unwanted side effects. Highly recommend.

Easy and hope it is working.

I do usually take a mens-one-day but I started working these in for two weeks. I take them once a day w/ food. I believe they do the same as my mens one a day including the fiber to make you go more & process the excess out of you. So far they seem on the level.

This is how my bottle came. Sides are sticky from where the label used to be yet not a label in bag so it didn’t ship with one. I can’t get it replaced or refunded and I’m not taking anything that’s in a sticky bottle no label no instructions. Waste of my time and money to receive something that’s damaged and can’t get it replaced.

They taste fine and don’t make me sick but it takes longer than a week to know if a supplement is doing anything beneficial

I've tried a handful types of berberine. The pills were awful. I've been taking a gummy that is double to triple the price, which I love except for the price. I've been trying to find an affordable alternative and I think this is the one. First, it is tasty. Others have not been as good as the expensive one, but this one is. Second, they don't stick together and makes it easy to get out of the jar. I love the affordable price. And, most important, these are just as effective if not more than my expensive gummies. I will definitely be switching over to these once I use up all my expensive ones.

It's nice that you get 750mg per gummy, but it's also bad that it contains a lot of vitamin B3 and B6. If you take another supplement you can potentially mega dose over the daily allowance as the B3 is 188% and B6 is 588% with just this supplement by itself. The jar was double sealed and has an expiration date of 03/2026. There's no 3rd party testing, GMP certification, company address, or website to get further information about this supplement. It tastes good and glad it doesn't have sugar...they use stevia and monk fruit as a sweetener.
